BACKGROUND

The White Motor Corporation [hereinafter “Motor”] and five affiliates filed reorganization proceedings pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, Pub.L.N0.95-598, 92 Stat. 2549 (1978), 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
