Plaintiff-appellee, Thomas C. McCormick, commenced the instant action against defendants-appellants, the owners and operators of several restaurants and nightclubs, in an effort to secure money damages and other equitable relief alleged to be flowing from appellants’ breach of a consulting agreement.
