SMITH, Presiding Judge.

Allstate Insurance Company appeals from a declaratory judgment of the trial court that Allstate’s insurance policy covers defendant Sullivan for an accident occurring while he was driving a rental car owned by Budget Rent A Car. We affirm.

Sullivan rented an automobile from Budget at the St. Louis Municipal Airport. As he was driving the car while intoxicated 1 Sullivan had an accident in which defendants Buckleys and Hall were allegedly injured. Budget had a policy of insurance with Allstate.
