Before us are three appeals arising from a declaratory judgment action commenced in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County by the appellant in No. 2147 Philadelphia 1988, Donegal Mutual Insurance Company (“Done-gal”). After all pleadings were filed, Donegal and defendants, Pennsylvania Insurance Guaranty Association (“PIGA”) and, collectively, Genway Corporation, Jones Pontiac Company, and Jones Leasing Company (“GenwayJones”), filed respective motions for summary judgment.
