Appellants Alvin and Rebecca Dwiggins appeal the order of the Clark County Circuit Court granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Appellee Elk Horn Bank and Trust Company. The Dwigginses also appeal the circuit court’s order awarding insurance proceeds to the Bank. On appeal, the Dwigginses raise the following arguments: (1) the Hot Spring County Circuit Court erred in determining that venue was appropriate in Clark County and in transferring the case; (2) the Clark County Circuit Court erred in granting summary judgment on their claims for fraud and slander…
