Appeal from Dubuque Circuit Court. This is an action by the plaintiff as administrator of Charlotte "Warnecke, deceased, upon a life insurance policy issued by the defendant, upon the life of "Win. "Warnecke, deceased, for the use and benefit of said Charlotte, in the sum of fifteen hundred dollars. ■ Yerdict and judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
