MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

DITTER, District Judge.

The plaintiff filed this suit under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare denying disability benefits. Both parties have moved for summary judgment. The only issue before the court is the presence of substantial evidence 1 in the record to support the Secretary’s decision.
