John Mark McDole (“McDole”) appeals ce. conviction for first-degree murder and sentence of life in prison from the Baxter County Circuit Court. McDole raises four points for reversal on appeal. First, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to proof he committed first-degree murder. Second, he contends that Arkansas Code Annotated Section 16-44-201 violates a defendant’s Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment right to counsel.
