Plaintiff, Robert Vandevier, a manufacturer’s representative, brought suit against the defendant, Mulay Plastics, Inc., for commissions due on the sale of parts manufactured by defendant and sold to customers solicited and serviced by plaintiff. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s case, the trial court granted defendant’s motion for a directed verdict.
