This appeal arises from an action brought by Gerald F. Mannion (Mannion) against Stallings & Company, Inc. (Stallings), to recover commissions under an oral employment agreement and Stallings’ counterclaim against Mannion and third-party complaint against' Mannion Mechanical Services, Inc.
