THIS is a Chapter 11 case filed by Melvin R. McCoy (Debtor) and the matter under consideration is a claim of nondis-chargeability asserted by Tropical Exploration Corporation, Inc. (Tropex), who filed this adversary proceeding. The claim of nondischargeability is set forth in a two-count Complaint.
