This action was originally filed in the district court of Creek county by the defendant in error, C. C. Kidd, against the plaintiff in error, Bennie Manuel, defendant below, and Arthur C. Lucas, Nancy N. Lucas. Fred E. Gates, and Hattie E. Gates. The parties will hereinafter be referred to as they appeared in the lower court.
