BOBRICK, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Atif Sedrak brings this action pursuant to 42 Ú.S.C. § 405(g) and § 1383(c)(3) to review a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act (“Act”).
