Yalley Produce Company (Employer), appeals from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) dated July 27, 1977, which affirmed the referee’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, as well as his award of total disability benefits for the period from May 22, 1974 to October 12, 1975 to Dick Boehm (Claimant) pursuant to Section 301(c)(1) of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act),1 77 P.S. §411(1).
