MEMORANDUM ORDER

Plaintiff has moved to add and substitute R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. (Tobacco) as the party-defendant and to amend her original complaint and file a supplemental complaint. Before discussing her motion, the Court will give a brief history of this and a related action.
Plaintiff, along with others, originally filed an action on December 15, 1975, in Garrett v. Industries, C-75-539-WS. (Tobacco is a subsidiary of R. J. Reynolds Industries (Industries).) Their complaint alleged class-based race and sex discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e…
