In this case a widow is appealing from a decision of the State Industrial Board disallowing her claim for death benefits as shown by the findings, “ * * * on the ground that the evidence adduced indicates that the decedent sustained neither an accident nor an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, and on the further ground that the decedent is not entitled to the benefit of the presumptions under Section 21 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law inasmuch as the record fails to reveal any cause for the decedent’s fall on the subway platform * *
