Steven L. Greenstein filed this action in state court in Massachusetts, asserting claims arising from an alleged contract with Systems Material Handling Company (SMH), his former employer. SMH removed the ease to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, which transferred it to. this Court. This Court then consolidated it with Systems Material Handling Company v. Steven L.
