Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schoharie County (Bartlett III, J.), rendered March 21, 2001, upon a verdict *682convicting defendant of the crime of driving while intoxicated and the traffic infractions of speeding, uninspected motor vehicle and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
