This appeal is prosecuted by the Regional Agricultural Credit Corporation of Washington, D. C., in an effort to reverse order of the probate court denying appellant’s petition for an order of sale of seventy acres in Benton county, Arkansas, owned at his death by Paul Broadhurst.
Prior to the death of the said Paul Broadhurst he liad executed a promissory note to appellant for the sum of $816.53 which remains unpaid.
