Defendant appeals as of right his jury conviction of one count of kidnapping, MCL 750.349; MSA 28.581, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and one count of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. He claims that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence the results of deoxyribonucleic acid (dna) identification testing completed on a sample of dried semen taken from the victim’s blue jeans.
