WESTERFIELD, Judge.

This is a suit for damages in the sum of $10,000 based upon an alleged verbal assault. Plaintiff’s claim is itemized as follows :

“Public humiliation . $2,000.00
“Injury to her feelings and self respect . 3,000:00
“Aggravation of her illness .. 3,000.00
“Fear of bodily harm . 1,000.00
“Shock to her nervous system .. 1,000.00”
