Appellant, Henry A. Claude (“Claude”), appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting Respondents’, Robert Ceccarini (“Ceccarini”) and Robert Tobler (“Tobler”) (collectively “Defendants”), motion for summary judgment. Claude argues the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because his state law claims were not pre-empted by federal law under Section 301(a) of the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. Section 185 (1978) (“Section 301”). We agree.
