Kane, J. Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered June 30, 2005, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

In 2004, defendant pleaded guilty to the felonies driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and was thereafter sentenced to two concurrent terms of five years of probation, with the first six months to be served in jail.
