DAVIDSON, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of murder, his punishment being assessed at nine years confinement in the penitentiary.

Briefly, the evidence discloses that appellant was engaged to the sister-in-law of deceased, Murphy. Her name was Cynthia Sims. She subsequently married appellant. She, her mother and a younger sister were at the time of the homicide either visiting or living at deceased’s, Murphy.
