¶ 1. Grand Marquis Inn and its insurer, American Family Insurance (unless otherwise specified, collectively referred to as Grand Marquis), appeal from judgments entered in favor of Patricia and Robert Szalacinski and Leon and Shirley Gonnering, following a jury tried. 1 Grand Marquis challenges the evidence presented at trial, arguing that it failed to establish a violation of Wisconsin's safe-place law.
