This habeas corpus proceeding brought by the father, as relator, involves the right to the custody of a ten-year-old boy. The court awarded custody to the relator.

FolloAving the death of his wife in April 1935 the father placed the child in the home of his sister and her husband, the appellants. Relator then returned to the home of his parents in Mt.
