INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs-Appellants (“Appellants”) challenge the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Ap-pellee City of Shreveport (the “City”) dismissing Appellants’ 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VII, and Louisiana constitutional and statutory claims. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
