EMILIO M. GARZA, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Joseph Kippers (“Kippers”) appeals the 48-month sentence the district court imposed upon revoking his probation. We AFFIRM.

Kippers was one of several people named in a multi-count indictment centered on a conspiracy to sell illegal drugs.
