The matter before the Court is the complaint of the First National Bank of Oel-wein (Bank) objecting to Debtors’ general discharge, and in the alternative, the discharge of various debts. Having reviewed the testimony and briefs of the parties, the Court now makes the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Orders pursuant to F.R.B.P. 7052. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2)(I) and (J).
