HULL, Circuit Judge:
Florida death row inmate Anton Kraw-czuk appeals the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C, § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. At issue is Krawczuk’s claim that his counsel rendered ineffective assistance in the investigation and presentation of mitigation evidence during his penalty phase proceedings.
