Clayton M. Bryant appeals from his conviction of murder in the first degree. Bryant’s principal claim is that he was subjected to a custodial interrogation by the Newbury chief of police in the absence of adequate Miranda warnings. See Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 444 (1966).
