John Bradley, Frank Hendricks, and Ed Anderson were jointly charged by information in the district court of Kiowa county with the crime of burglary in the second degree, alleged to have been committed in the month of November, 1918, by breaking into and entering the store building owned and occupied by H. H. Wedel in the town of Gotebo, in Kiowa county, Okla., in which certain goods, wares, and merchandise belonging to and owned by the said Wedel . were then and there kept, and with the intent on the part of the said defendants to steal said goods, etc. Upon a joint trial each of the…
