Reversing.

Alice Frasure married George Frasure October 17, 1917, and on Saturday September 19, 1931, she slew Mm. Upon ber trial, under an indictment, charging ber with murder, ber plea of self-defense was not accepted by tbe jury, sbe was found guilty of manslaughter, and ber punishment fixed at 18 years in the penitentiary.

These two have bad a tempestuous married life. During tbe latter part of it tbe husband devoted much of bis time to tbe sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor. He was a large man, and, when drunk, be was very cruel to ber.…
