Appellant, Evy Lee .Goodman, was indicted for the murder of Ebb Goodman, her husband. A trial resulted in a conviction of voluntary manslaughter and her punishment was fixed at two years in the penitentiary. On this appeal she insists the court erred in: (1) not sustaining her motion for a directed verdict of acquittal at the conclusion of the Commonwealth’s evidence and again at the conclusion of all the evidence; (2) admitting incompetent and prejudicial evidence over her objection.
