In this matter, petitioner Wojciech Filipczak (“Petitioner”) seeks the return of his daughters, Zofia Veronica Filipczak and Blanka Elizabeth Filipczak (together, the “Children”) to Poland pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (the “Hague Convention”).
