GLADNEY, Judge.

The defendant insurance company has appealed from a summary judgment on the pleadings and ordering it to render an accounting to the plaintiff, its former general agent.

This legal controversy involves application of certain provisions of the written contract and the entitlement of plaintiff to renewal premiums after defendant’s decision to terminate the contractual relationship under Section 24 thereof.
