Plaintiff sues for an accounting as to monies allegedly due him in consequence of his employment under a written contract as a life insurance solicitor by defendant and for a monied judgment in an amount to be determined by such accounting. The claim for an accounting is based upon the fact that plaintiff had been soliciting insurance under this contract for a number of years; that he had secured a large volume of life insurance policies and that, under said contract, he was entitled to certain renewal commissions that were payable over a period of ten years from the dates of the issuance of…
