On September 28, 1909, Tgnatz Neugebaucr applied to the court for naturalization at the time fixed for final hearing. Prior to that time he had complied with the requirements of the naturalization laws of the United States. lie had previously appeared before the clerk with two witnesses, and the clerk had posted in a public and conspicuous place in the building in which his office is situated, under an appropriate heading, the name, nativity, and resi*944dence of the alien, the date and place of his arrival in the United, States, and the date, as nearly as could be, for the…
