This is a suit brought by the appellants against the appellee for an alleged breach of contract in failing to deliver a quantity of storage packed eggs. The record is in two parts, only one of which has been abstracted. The abstract of record does not show any motion for a new trial, or in arrest of judgment, nor any finding or judgment of the court below; neither does it show any prayer for appeal, nor any rulings of the court in respect to such matters, nor any exceptions to. rulings or decisions. We would be justified in affirming the judgment for this failure to comply with the rules.…
