Judge Doyle,. Big Run Telephone Company (Big Run), a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizen’s Utility Company (Citizen’s), appeals here from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (P.U.C.) which, inter alia,1 disallowed a portion of a proposed rate increase. We affirm.
