A. Q-. Properties, Inc., the successful bidder for real property sold by the Tax Claim Bureau of Dauphin County to recover delinquent taxes, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, setting aside the tax sale, which was conducted under the Real Estate Tax Sale Law.1
