This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to confirm an execution sale of real property. The pertinent facts are these: On the 30th day of July, 1908, appellant, Louis Hensen, obtained a judgment against re*629spondent, W. H. Peter, in the superior court of King county, in the sum of $560. On the 20th day of November, 1913, appellant caused an execution to be issued upon the judgment, directed to the sheriff of Clallam county.
