Motions are pending before the court in this copyright infringement case, in which most of the plaintiffs’ claims have already been dismissed. First, defendant Procter & Gamble Company (“P & G”) independently moved for summary judgment on the plaintiffs’ remaining claims. (Docket No. 67.) Next, all defendants, that is, Phil Vassar, Craig Wiseman, Phylvester Music, Inc.
