Defendant Charles William Parker III appeals by delayed leave granted his sentence following his plea of guilty of a probation violation. Parker was originally convicted of receiving and concealing stolen property with a value equal to or greater than $1,000, but less than $20,000/ and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUIL). 1 2 Following the violation, the trial court sentenced Parker to two to five years’ imprisonment on each of his original convictions.
