Berta P. James recovered a judgment against the Norfolk and Western Railway Company for $4,000, for injuries sustained by her when the automobile in which she was riding ran over the embankment, at an overhead bridge, down upon the company’s tracks in a cut thirty-five feet deep. The Norfolk and Western *181Railway Company is here complaining of that judgment.
