HAWTHORNE, Justice.

Plaintiff, Plaquemines Oil and Development Company, instituted this suit against the State of Louisiana under the authority of Act 11 of the Extraordinary Session of 1942, to have the title conveyed by Louisiana Patent No. 8389, dated January 9, 1902, adjudicated by the District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge; which act, after describing the property conveyed by the patent, provides that the judge shall decide which of the claimants is the owner of the property in dispute, and that the effect of any final judgment in such suit shall be res adjudicata of the rights…
