American Discount Company of Georgia brought a trover action against Southern Security Company Inc., in the municipal court of Atlanta, to recover $411.18, the balance of the purchase-price of a certain Plymouth automobile, title to which was alleged to be in the plaintiff by virtue of a retention-title contract “executed and delivered by G. F.
