BROSKY, Judge:

This is an appeal from the Judgment of Sentence entered after a jury trial on convictions of felony escape, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, kidnapping, unlawful restraint and criminal conspiracy.

Appellant raises three errors to this court: First, whether the trial court erred in denying his Motion to dismiss the above charges on the basis of the Commonwealth’s violation of Pa.R.Crim.P. 1100; secondly, whether the trial court also committed error in denying appellant’s Motion to dismiss the above charges because the Commonwealth did not comply with…
