The Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, as executor of Charles J. Baker, filed a bill in equity against the sons and only daughter of Mr. Baker and the children of the latter, in which the Court below was asked to take the jurisdiction and direct the complainant in the further administration of the estate. The bill alleges that the executor had paid all the debts and legacies, had settled six accounts in the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore County and now had a large amount of property and cash for distribution.
