Marie Michaeloff and David Schroeder, represented by counsel, and pro se appellants Garrett Barry, Corrine Barry, Faith Long, and Lois Miller, all defendants below, bring these interlocutory appeals1 from the order of the District Court granting a preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiff Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC). The case involves claims based on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961 et seq. (RICO), as well as claims based on the Minnesota law of fraud and conversion.
